Benson HRSubprocessor List

Benson Technologies LLC (“Benson”) uses the providers below to operate the Benson Service. Each processes customer data only for the purpose stated, only in the United States, and under a written agreement that imposes data-protection obligations consistent with Benson’s Data Protection and Security Addendum.

2. CONNECTED MAILBOXES
An agency may connect its own Microsoft 365 mailbox so that email from the Service is sent from the agency’s own address. Microsoft is then the agency’s own provider, under the agency’s agreement with Microsoft, and is not a Benson subprocessor. Benson holds only a send-only token, stored encrypted and deleted when the mailbox is disconnected.
3. CHANGES TO THIS LIST
Before a new provider processes customer data, Benson will post the change on this page and email each agency’s primary administrator at least fifteen (15) days before it takes effect. Questions may be sent to info@bensonhr.com.
