Home health compliance tracking software
Every compliance item your agency requires, for every employee and contracted worker, on one grid that is always current. Benson reminds people before anything lapses and files what they send back.
A tracker is only as current as the last person who opened it.
Dates are compared by eye
Someone scrolls the sheet every week, checking expirations against today and hoping nothing was mistyped.
Benson colors every item against today, automatically. Each title needs different items
An RN, a CHHA and an office coordinator do not need the same documents, so the sheet grows a column for everything.
Requirements are set per job title; the grid shows only what applies.Proof lives in email
The CPR card is a photo in a text thread. Filing it is a second job.
Each person uploads through a private link. The document files itself.Survey week is a scramble
Accreditation and payer audits ask for the same proof, assembled by hand the night before.
Compliance for any date prints in one click.Every person, every requirement, one grid.
Filter to who needs attention and you have today's call list. Click a name for the quick view: contact details, what they owe, and the last reminder sent.
- Licenses, certifications, TB tests, trainings, background checks, driver's license and auto insurance, or anything only your agency asks for
- Each item carries its own renewal period and the titles that need it
- Employees and contracted companies' workers on the same grid

Three steps. Then it runs.
Import your roster
Upload the spreadsheet you track in today. Names, titles and expiration dates land in the grid as they are.
→Set requirements per title
Pick the compliance items each job title needs and how often each renews. New hires inherit them.
→Let it run
Reminders go out before expiry and until it's fixed. Uploads are read, dated and filed. The grid stays current without anyone touching it.
→What agencies ask about this.
Can we track items that aren't licenses or certifications?
Yes. A compliance item is anything with a renewal date or a document: a signed policy acknowledgment, a vehicle inspection, an annual evaluation. You name it, set the renewal period, and choose which job titles need it.
Does it work for contracted companies and their workers?
Yes. Contracted companies have their own records, their own requirements and their own compliance grid, and their workers can be reminded the same way employees are.
How do we get our existing tracker in?
Import the spreadsheet. Only a name is required per row; the import wizard asks for the rest. Existing expiration dates come across as they are.

Bring your tracker to the demo. We import a sample of it live and you leave with a snapshot of who's expiring this month.
