Caregiver credential expiration reminders, sent for you
Benson emails each caregiver what is expiring, when, and a private link to send the new document from their phone. Before expiry, on the day, and until it's fixed. Nobody in the office writes a reminder again.
Every reminder is a phone call, a text, and a follow-up nobody has time for.
The office is the reminder
A coordinator keeps a mental list of who's expiring and chases them between visits.
Benson sends the reminder, and the follow-ups, on a schedule you set.Staff reply with a photo
The new CPR card arrives as a text, a forwarded PDF, or a paper copy on a desk.
Every reminder carries a private upload link. The photo files itself.Silence looks like compliance
A reminder went out, so the item feels handled, until the surveyor asks for the document.
Benson keeps reminding until the document is on file, and shows you who went quiet.Birthdays and agency licenses slip too
The same person who chases credentials also remembers birthdays and the agency's own renewals.
Those run on the same engine: birthdays, onboarding and the agency's own compliance items.Reminders written, sent and followed up for you.
Choose how many days before expiry the first reminder goes, how often it repeats while something is expired or missing, and which items the office provides itself. Connect your Microsoft 365 mailbox and the emails go out from your own address.
- Before expiry, on the day, and every few days until it's fixed
- Each email lists exactly what that person owes, with a private link to send it
- Nobody is emailed about an item the office provides
Automations
Three steps. Then it runs.
Pick the schedule
Days before expiry for the first reminder, and how often to repeat while something is expired or missing. One setting for the whole agency.
→Choose the sender
Benson sends as your agency until you connect your Microsoft 365 mailbox. After that, reminders come from your own address.
→Watch the follow-ups
The grid shows who was reminded, when, and who hasn't responded. That list is the day's calls.
→What agencies ask about this.
Do caregivers need an account or an app?
No. Every reminder carries a private link. They open it on their phone, take a photo of the document and tap send.
What happens to the document they send?
It's read, dated and filed under that person and that compliance item. You can approve every document yourself or let clear ones file on their own; anything uncertain waits for you with the reason shown.
Can we stop reminders for one person?
Yes. Someone on leave, or someone whose item the office handles, can be excluded from automatic reminders without touching anyone else.
