Website Terms of Use

Last Updated: November 4, 2026

These Website Terms of Use (these “Terms”) govern your use of the websites that Benson Technologies LLC (“Benson,” “we,” or “us”) operates at bensonhr.com and its subdomains, including the public pages on which a person uploads a document, completes onboarding, or signs a document at the request of a Benson customer (together, the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. THE SITE AND THE SERVICE

The Site describes Benson’s workforce-compliance software (the “Service”) and provides public pages that Benson customers use to collect documents, onboarding information, and signatures from their workforce. Use of the Service by a customer organization and its authorized users is governed by the Benson Software-as-a-Service Customer Agreement, not these Terms. If you reach a public upload, onboarding, or signing page through a link sent by an organization, that organization has requested the information you provide; Benson processes it on the organization’s behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Site is intended for adults and for use in the United States. You may use the Site only if you are at least eighteen (18) years old or are using a public page at the request of an organization that has lawfully engaged you.

3. ACCEPTABLE CONDUCT

You will not: (a) use the Site unlawfully or to violate another person’s rights; (b) upload content that you do not have the right to provide, that is false, or that contains malicious code; (c) attempt to access another person’s records, another organization’s pages, or any part of the Site that is not intended for you; (d) bypass security or access controls, probe or test the Site’s security without written permission, or interfere with the Site; (e) scrape or access the Site by automated means other than ordinary search-engine indexing; or (f) impersonate any person or organization. Benson may restrict or end your access to the Site for conduct that violates these Terms.

4. PUBLIC PAGES

Links to upload, onboarding, and signing pages are personal to the person named by the requesting organization. Do not forward a link to anyone else. A link may expire or be closed by the organization. Information you submit on a public page is delivered to the organization that requested it and is handled under that organization’s policies and its agreement with Benson.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and its content, including text, design, logos, and software, are owned by Benson or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Benson grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to view and use the Site for its intended purpose. No other right is granted. “Benson” and the Benson logo are trademarks of Benson Technologies LLC.

6. PRIVACY

The Benson Privacy Policy describes how Benson handles personal information collected through the Site. The Site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary to operate it; the Privacy Policy lists them.

7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may link to third-party websites. Benson does not control and is not responsible for their content or practices.

8. DISCLAIMER

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BENSON DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. INFORMATION ON THE SITE ABOUT THE SERVICE, COMPLIANCE, OR LEGAL REQUIREMENTS IS GENERAL INFORMATION AND NOT LEGAL, REGULATORY, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BENSON WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, AND BENSON’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). These limitations do not apply to liability that applicable law does not permit Benson to limit.

10. GOVERNING LAW; DISPUTES

California law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, or in small claims court where the claim qualifies, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Disputes between Benson and a customer organization concerning the Service are governed by the dispute-resolution terms of the Customer Agreement.

11. CHANGES

Benson may update these Terms by posting the updated version on the Site and revising the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after a change is acceptance of the change.

12. CONTACT

Questions about these Terms may be sent to info@bensonhr.com.
