- Was commended by an arbitrator for my outstanding Attendance Management Program!
- Reduced absenteeism from 12% to <3%!
- Saved tens of thousands of dollars by developing in-house training programs.
- Developed and facilitated numerous employee engagement activities.
- Recruited over 1,000 employees from entry-level to executives.
- Resolved over 700 grievances (one went to arbitration, and I won!)
- Resolved numerous incidents of conflict, and worked with affected departments to ensure a positive, congenial workplace.
- Developed onboarding programs to quickly acclimatize new hires to their working environment, which enabled them to be contributors at a much faster rate!
- Trained thousands of people on: customer service, recruiting, managing employees and performance management.
